Package the item and write the reason for your return on the invoice document if necessary (too small, too big, don't like it, etc.). Please send the package back as an "insured package" with tracking. After receipt of the goods the amount will be credited to your account. Either as PayPal-return transfer or if you have paid in advance, please inform us about your bank details.
