General conditions of participation for competitions

By participating in this competition, the participant accepts the conditions of participation mentioned here. Information on the collection and use of the data can be found in the data protection declaration.

The competition is organized by icke, BERLIN, Barbara Kristen Luisella Ströbele GbR, Friedelstr 35., 12047 Berlin.

1. Sweepstakes

The competition takes place in a fixed time frame, which has been clearly highlighted in the Instagram post to describe and present the respective competition.

Icke, Berlin will send the prize to the contact details provided by the respective winner by post.

The winner must accept the prize by personal message within one week of being notified via Instagram and provide the address for sending the prize. If the winner does not report within the specified period, the claim to the prize expires and icke, BERLIN will raffle the prize again.

2. Participation

Participation in the competition requires acceptance of the conditions of participation. By participating in the competition, the participant accepts these conditions of participation. Any natural person aged 18 and over who is resident within the European Union is entitled to participate in the competition. Participation must be in your own name. Icke, BERLIN employees and their relatives are excluded from participating in the competition.

Participation is only possible within the participation period. Submissions received after the entry deadline will not be considered in the draw.

Each contestant can only win one win per contest. An exchange, a pick-up as well as a cash payment of the prize are not possible.

By participating, the participant agrees that the data provided by him may be saved and processed further for the duration of the campaign. After the final processing of the campaign, the data specified in the context of this competition will be deleted.

icke, BERLIN is entitled to make changes to the profit. In this case, the winner will receive a reasonable replacement prize.

The judges' decision is final.

Participation through competition clubs, automated services or other service providers is not permitted.

icke, BERLIN reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition if they suspect manipulation without giving any reason. If the winner is already drawn, the prize can be withdrawn retrospectively; A profit already delivered can be reclaimed.

Should individual clauses be or become ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining clauses remains unaffected. German law applies to the usage relationship between the participant and icke, BERLIN.

icke, BERLIN reserves the right to end the competition in whole or in part at any time, even without observing deadlines. This applies in particular if due to technical (e.g. manipulation) or legal reasons (e.g. prohibition by Instagram) proper execution is not guaranteed.
